Hi, I'm Yannick 👋

I built Doku to solve my own frustration: learning languages through boring textbooks and disconnected exercises just didn't work.

I discovered that reading great stories was incredible for language acquisition, but finding graded readers at just the right difficulty was nearly impossible.

I poured everything I learned about language acquisition and app design into Doku. The same reading approach that worked for me learning English and Japanese is now here to help you master French :)
